Really good restaurant. Pretty refined selection of well know and local ingredients. Top quality service staff, also quite impressively knew the English translations of even quite rare and uncommon ingredients, very friendly.
Beautiful plates with well combines ingredients. Friendly staff. Chef, sommelier and other staff all make sure you have a nice evening and really take time to present everything and have a chat.
Foods are awesome. Service is top. And I really love all the staff here. Pretty, gorgeous, handsome, and always smiling.
Certainly a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds...but we are more into tasting than eating.
Only samples that essentially make our mouths water...what a shame because the dishes offered such as trout or catfish are far from being exceptional products.
What a great experience! A young, smiling, very professional team, an experience which satisfied me more than some famous Parisian stars (apart from my favorite rue de Varenne.)

Virtuoso! We opted for the Retour de Chasse menu and had an excellent time. Absolutely everything was excellent, a real fireworks display of flavors in the mouth with each dish, all in subtlety. We were very well received by a young and charming, very professional team. The setting is pleasant, in particular I really appreciated the noise level, which was quite reasonable for a full restaurant. I will keep a fabulous memory of this lunch.
